I wanted to think of a pithy one-liner about Earth Day and my book, Earthly Bodies, and couldn’t.

What it actually boils down to is; If we don’t start trying to reverse the damage that has been done, my book, or versions of it, might come true.

There are plenty of examples where elements of science fiction have become science fact.

Minority Report, The Terminator, 1984, Planet of the Apes, Star Trek, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Total Recall, The Running Man… I don’t need to go on.

Every day needs to be EARTH DAY if we are going to turn around from the trajectory we are on.
