Hello! I’m taking some time out of my rewrite to share with you a 24 hour trip to London, in iPhone photos!
A one nighter at my friends flat in Walthamstow and a visit to the V&A to see the Frida Kahlo show.
Yet again reminding me that even when we think we’re doing okay, a break from routine can work in a magical way.
I returned from this trip feeling revitalized and ready to plough on.
My friend lives around the corner from the neon light warehouse, God’s Own Junkyard, a place I’ve wanted to visit for ages.
Yes, it really helps. More than you realise at the time xx

Such a lovely post and looks like you had a fab time. I actually quite enjoy short picture based posts like this but I never think about doing them myself. Maybe I should!

I think we put so much pressure on ourselves to always have perfect content… it’s rather freeing to opt out of that cycle x

Looks like you had a wonderful trip. I’ve been wanting to see the Kahlo exhibition but no tickets. The neon lights look amazing. They have a concession in Selfridges too

Reminds me I need to take more time out. The World is full of amazing places to discover, if only we take the time. xx
